# Creating an Account

> How to sign up and verify your savemydb account.

## Sign up

Go to [app.savemydb.com/signup](https://app.savemydb.com/signup) and provide:

| Field        | Description                                               |
| ------------ | --------------------------------------------------------- |
| Company name | Your organization's name. Must be unique across savemydb. |
| Your name | Your full name, shown in the dashboard. |
| Work email | Used for login and account notifications. |
| Password     | At least 8 characters.                                    |

## Verify your email

After signing up, savemydb sends a verification link to the email address you provided. You must click this link before you can sign in.

<Note>
  If you don't see the email within a couple of minutes, check your spam or junk folder. If it still hasn't arrived, make sure you typed your email address correctly — savemydb checks that the domain can receive mail, but it can't confirm the exact mailbox without you clicking the link.
</Note>

## Signing in

Once verified, sign in at [app.savemydb.com/login](https://app.savemydb.com/login) with your email and password.

## One account, one workspace

Each company name creates its own isolated workspace. Agents, databases, storage, and jobs created under your account are only visible to your team — they're never shared with or visible to other savemydb customers.
