# Account Management

## Updating your password

If you've forgotten your password, use **Forgot password?** on the [sign-in page](https://app.savemydb.com/login).

  Multi-user team accounts are on the roadmap. Currently, each savemydb account has a single login.

## Closing your account

To close your account and delete your data, [contact support](mailto:support@savemydb.com). Note that this also stops any active backup jobs and removes access to backups stored in savemydb Managed Storage — backups in your own connected S3 or Dropbox storage are unaffected, since they live in your own infrastructure.
